Account Creation and Login
Creating a New Account
- Click the "Register" button on the homepage
- Enter your personal information (first name, last name, email, username)
- Create a strong password
- Select your account type:
- Buyer Account: View listings and communicate with sellers
- Seller Account: Create listings and sell products
- Accept the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy
- Click the "Register" button
- Activate your account by clicking the verification link sent to your email
Logging In
- Click the "Login" button on the homepage
- Enter your username or email
- Enter your password
- Click the "Login" button
Forgotten Password
- Click the "Forgot Password" link on the login page
- Enter your email address
- Click "Send Password Reset Link"
- Create a new password by clicking the link sent to your email

Searching and Viewing Listings
Performing a Search
- Use the search bar in the top menu

Viewing Listings
- Click on the listing you're interested in

Contacting Sellers
- Click on the listing you're interested in

Rating Sellers

- Go to the conversation with the seller in the messages section
- Click the "Rate" button

- Click the "Submit" button
Seller's Guide
Creating a Listing
- Log into your account and go to the "Dashboard" section
- Click "Add New Listing"
- Fill in the listing details:
- Title: Write a clear and informative title
- Category: Select the category that best describes your product
- Description: Describe the product in detail (you can use Markdown format)
- Price: Price information and currency
- Quantity: Total quantity and unit
- Location: Where the product is located
- Incoterms: FOB, CIF, EXW, etc.
- Add analysis data and technical specifications
- Upload product images (minimum 3, maximum 10 images)
- Attach documents (analysis certificates, quality documents, etc.)
- Check the listing preview
- Pay the listing fee and click the "Publish" button
Managing Listings
- Go to "My Listings" in your Dashboard
- View, edit, or delete your listings
- Monitor your listings' performance statistics:
- Number of views
- Number of interested users
- Messages received
Communicating with Buyers
- Track incoming messages in the "Messages" section
- Respond to buyers' questions quickly and thoroughly
- Share requested documents and additional information
- Clarify and confirm agreement terms
Messaging System
Sending Messages
- Go to the "Messages" section
- Click the "New Message" button or use the "Message Seller" option on a listing
- Enter the recipient's name (this is filled automatically if sending from a listing)
- Write your message
- Use the "Attach File" button if you want to include files
- Click the "Send" button
Managing Messages
- View all your conversations in the "Messages" section
- Unread messages are clearly marked
- You can archive or delete conversations
- You can mark messages as "Important"
Profile Management
Updating Profile Information
- Click "Profile" in the top menu
- Click the "Edit" button

- Profile picture
- Company information

- Click "Save Changes"
