Is ORE2B available in my country?

ORE2B is available in over 120 countries worldwide. Our platform supports international trade with regional offices across North America, Europe, Asia, Australia, and Africa.

What languages are supported?

At present, the primary language of our platform is English. You may also switch to different languages using the Language section.

Account Management

How do I create an account?

To create an account:

  • Click the "Register" button in the top right corner of the homepage
  • Select your account type
  • Fill out the registration form with your details
  • Complete your profile information

Can I switch from personal to company?

Unfortunately, you cannot switch your account, company accounts need to fill different information. You should register again with your company mail address.

How do I close my account?

To close your account:

  • Log in to your account
  • Go to "Account Settings"
  • Scroll to the bottom and select "Delete Account"
  • Follow the prompts to confirm account closure
Note: Account closure is permanent and will delete all your data immediately.

Standard listings remain active for lifetime. You can renew or edit your listings at any time from your dashboard.

Can I upload documents with my listing?

Yes, you can upload multiple documents with your listing, including:

  • Product specifications
  • Analysis certificates
  • Safety data sheets
  • Quality certifications

How do I create a listing?

To create a listing:

  • Log in to your seller account
  • Click on "New Listing" in your dashboard
  • Fill out the listing form with product details, specifications, pricing, and images
  • Preview your listing and submit for approval

Buyer Information

How do I find products?

You can find products by:

  • Using the search bar at the top of the page
  • Browsing categories

How do I contact a seller?

Each listing contains a Contact form. Fill in this form and a secure messaging channel will be opened with the seller.

Are prices negotiable?

Yes, all prices on ORE2B are negotiable. You can discuss pricing directly with the seller through our messaging system. Users could not write their products prices on website. All commercial agreements are made between the buyer and seller; ORE2B does not charge any commission. ORE2B is not responsible for any issues that may arise in your trade.

What if I have an issue with my purchase?

ORE2B does not guarantee your trading agreements. If you encounter any issues with your purchase: First, contact the seller directly through our messaging system. If the issue cannot be resolved, contact our customer support team.
